"I will start by saying that this is a brand new hotel very nice very clean. We originally had a room with a kitchenette. Upon arrival. We could not stay in our room. The ventilation on that floor is just horrible. The smell of cooking through the hallway and in our room of Neighbouring rooms is really bad. I would definitely not recommend a room on that floor, even with the convenience of having a kitchen with children. It just really smells bad in the hallways in the room. I proceeded to...

"Super convenient to ski slopes. The hot tub was not functioning, also water was out when we arrived. Water was murky & cold through the next day once it started working. Check in for 1 of the rooms out of the 2 we reserved, was well past check in time. "

"The rooms are nice. They were outdated, but it is an old place. The bathrooms are all remodeled. They forgot to put in a vent fan. The carriage house where we attended a party is a beautiful place however, they don’t know how to run it, for the entire night they only had two bartenders on for over 300 people there was constantly a 25 minute wait to get a cocktail. They need to do better."
