This property is a magnificent estate consisting of three houses, five docks slips, and an amazing lakefront deck. The main house is a spacious 4 bedroom home, with water views from most rooms..  Amenities include wifi, cable TV, use of(2) kayaks and 155′ of lake frontage. Additional amenities include a cook's kitchen with soapstone countertops and a large island. We just added a brand new master bathroom, for a total of 3 in the main house. Come enjoy the wrap-a-round porch (684 square feet) which offers breathtaking views of Sandy Bay, the Adirondacks, Long Island and Elizabeth Island.
The property includes a newly renovated cottage. The cottage has a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms (including a large master), a pull-out couch, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 8.
There is a newly renovated lakefront boathouse with a bedroom loft, king-sized bed, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and deck over the water which can sleep 4 (A full sized futon is in the living room) .
Enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres and watch beautiful lake sunsets from our various decks and porches. In the mean time, have the kids check out the garage.
The free standing garage has been converted to a playroom for the young (and young at heart). It includes foosball, ping pong, and pool tables, as well as the requisite tv and video game player. For pickleball lovers, there are 8 brand-new courts recently built only 8 minutes from the house.
Please note that the property is built on a hillside. There are stairs from the various units to the water that can make it challenging for some elderly or frail individuals to navigate.
*** NEW for 2023!!! We have contracted with Pilot Knob Boating, LLC to dock a boat for the season in one of our 5 boat slips. The boat is a brand new Harris 26 ft luxury tri-toon, with a 250 L Mercury engine.
The boat will be available for rent exclusively by our tenants. The boat is newer, larger and more luxurious than anything at the commercial marinas, and there is no need to pick up and drop off boat when finished. The price will be quite competitive.

Ideal location!
We had a family reunion of 18 people, and it was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone, especially for the teenagers. Very comfortable. Loved having the boat for the week as we explored the lake. Highly recommend this listing for any large groups.

Amazing stay on the lake.
My friends and I had an amazing weekend at this property. The spaces were huge with plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The dock on the water is perfect for spending the day, the entire property is gorgeous!

We had a fantastic time and couldn’t have asked for a better property for a large group on Lake George! The boat rental at the property was seem less and allowed us to explore the lake every day, the location of the property was perfect, and the kitchen (especially the main house) were well stocked for cooking for a larger group. Everyone in our family had a wonderful time!

The house is excellent! great layout for groups that do not need to be together all the time. The main house has an open layout so your group can gather, but many separate areas to find quiet time. The outdoor furniture in particular stood out to our group. It is all the same, and very high-end.

The best weekend ever
The property is breathtaking & perfect for a large group, with multiple houses on the property for a nice separation quality. We stayed here before the season really began, yet it still was absolutely fantastic. We didn't want to leave and definitely will be back!!

Everything about this home is great! Well stocked, beautiful views, and location on the lake is great. Having the boat rental there is a huge plus because of how convenient it is. Owner and property manager were extremely helpful. Lots of stairs/hills but that was well communicated ahead of time.

Location was perfect for our large family. Owner, Richard, was very accommodating and greatly appreciated. We were able to spread out adequately. Kids loved the game room. Responsiveness was immediate from Debby for any questions. I would highly recommend staying here!

Breathtaking views, plenty of space, great for families
Was my first time at lake George and this didn’t disappoint. The deck and dock were the most frequently used. Excellent fishing, rented a boat, not too far away from everything. House had everything and I mean everything you’d need from towels and bedding to pots and cups and spices. Great attention to the guests here. Would absolutely recommend and re rent!!! Thanks for the many memories we created here!

Excellent family vacation spot
We stayed with a group of 16 grandparents, parents and grandchildren. We had a great time, even though there we a few days of rainy weather. The location is great and there are plenty of sleeping and rooming options for people to select. Plenty of places to park the cars with some close to the water and dock. The stairs are safe, but plenty of them. Proper planning for being on the side of a hill makes it a non-issue. Being close to Sandy Bay provides a good place to spend the day, although swimming from the dock in the late afternoon/early evening is a very good option.

Fantastic family vacation
Wow. What a great property! It was well equipped with anything you might need both in the kitchens and down by the water. The best part was although we had many people on our vacation, there was SO much room to spread out, we never felt crowded or on top of each other, and yet plenty of room to all dine together at meals. The docks and swimming were amazing- Lake George is most beautiful. Susan was super helpful and most kind. My only caution would be is there are a lot of stairs- fine for most of us but challenging for the older members of our group. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property. It was a pretty much a perfect family vacation.

Second Year
This was our second year. Had a fabulous time. Debbie was great with any questions. Absolutely loved renting the pontoon boat this year. The weather was a little more overcast and wet during our week but you can still enjoy the covered dock and game room. We plan on returning again next year. The master bedroom needs a regular dresser with drawers though instead of a TV console with just shelves. Very inconvenient for personal belongings to stack on shelves because closet space was lost because of new bathroom. It would also help to have a seat in the shower area.

Beautiful and Welcoming: The Best Lake Homes!
The homes are updated, super clean, flawlessly maintained, full of character, and every bedroom was so inviting with lake views, that it was hard to choose one, but we did...and we did not want to leave! We were greeted so warmly by the host, that I wanted him to stay and hang out with us. My favorite place to sit was in the screened in porch: such a gorgeous view, and so comfortable with fresh breezes in the evening. Every day was an adventure of rafting, swimming, jet skiing, kayaking, boating, fishing, and we also took in some local museums, restaurants, and bought some fresh, home made pies: Yum! There was fun for everyone of all ages by day, and we all watched the drama of the sunsets by night. The setting was serene, but we felt so energized by the clean and refreshing Lake George swim every morning. This was the best, unwinding vacation ever, and I highly recommend this lovely and beautifully decorated set of homes for the most possible enjoyment of Lake George!

Great location and spectacular views
We came up for a wedding in Saratoga Springs which was beautiful. Family came from California, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Long Island and friends from Albany and Syracuse. There was plenty of room for all who stayed overnight. Other than food, there was not anything we needed to buy. The house had everything and more. The property manager Debby was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The house has many steps so we had to drive old uncle Jack every morning down to the main house and then back up in the evening. Other than that we all left a bit more fit then when we arrived. Everyone who fished caught many and threw them back for the next guests. Enjoyed sitting on the deck taking in the awesome views of the Lake. Brought back many wonderful memories and still sharing pictures and stories. You are very blessed Richard and Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Stayed here with my family over the Columbus Day Holiday weekend for a family reunion. The three units on the property were exactly as described. Everything was exceptional. It was clean, comfortable and carefully taken care of. The checkin and check out processes were simple. Communication with the property manager was easy via text with questions—there was only one. Highly recommend this property for a large gathering. There is plenty of gathering space and also room for a little private time. Views are spectacular. Had trouble prying the group away from the deck to do things.

We love this home. Lots of space for a large family. We’ve been coming back for a few years now and plan to again next summer. My lower rating was due to cleanliness. Cabinets in kitchen were not clean on inside especially spices. Floors need mopping as our feet were pretty dirty. Front bedroom main house had mold smell. This is not normal for this home as in years past everything has been cleaned. This year not so much. But overall this is something that is fixable and like I said we’ll be back next year.

The house is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our week there. The views are great and we spent a great deal of time on the screen porch. We appreciated all of the seating out there. It was nice having the cottage and boat house for additional guests. The parking and steps were a little challenging with 2 guests in their mid 80s. The house was well stocked with everything we could ask for. The only thing missing was an ice maker.
