"The property is pleasant and was the perfect size for us as a couple. I feel that it is a bit misleading in the listing as you do not realize the unit is truly squeezed in between full time residential apartments.. However the location across the street from the beach and the vicinity to Rt. 9 cant be beat for sightseeing in the area. "Overall, stay was very good. One small thing that wasn’t clear was the mooring for the boat. It was not directly in front of the dock at all I thought I might have to use one of the neighbors if it was necessary. Fortunately, it did not become necessary because the folks that stayed on the property right on the water did not have a boat The only other thing I think is worth mentioning for people who have Boats is that your water inlet is directly in front of the dock and may be an obstruction...

"While visiting our son at Castleton we stayes at this property instead if the usual hotel. So glad we did. Nice little area where we couldtakr a walk down along the water, they have a basketball hoop out back we used as well. we spend very little time in the room, vut while there it was very clean. My emails to the owber where always answered quickly. We will definitely book here again"

"Everything was wonderful. It was pet friendly. We had many of everyday essentials in the property. Wi-Fi allowed me to stream with casting my movies and news. We had a fun time driving around. It is very scenic. We went to a bakery, the art exhibit, and two farmers/homemade goods places. Delicious Strawberry preserves at the farmer's market Saturday. It packed a punch. Very comfortable queen size bed. Newer model washer/dryer are in the apt. Hosts were very helpful and gracious."
