"Overall it was a good stay for our 14 day visit. My only plight was the condition of our first room had a missing window pane and resulted in a very cold room. The hotel would then change our room in less then 24 hours. After our room change we had a much greater room but lacked certain amenities like control of the heater weaker plumbing. It's in a great location mind you and great for anyone looking to experience the heart of liverpool and it's culture. Staff was great and very helpful....

"Good all round place to stay. Lots of space, etc but the pillows were not good... all were rather hard. Anyway, everything else like the pool and amenities somehow outweigh this so i will stay there again."

"I stayed for 1 night whilst visiting Liverpool. I booked this hotel as I was travelling as a family with 2 teenagers and they had family rooms which had 2 separate bedrooms. The hotel is directly next to the train station so you do hear a lot of noise from the announcements. The hotel is very nice a little dated in some areas but clean and they did provide a lovely buffet breakfast. "Beautiful hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Gorgeous decor. Upgraded to deluxe family room which included beautiful bath bombs, toiletries, robes, snacks. Amazing bath and shower and fabulous queen size bed which was so comfy. Spotless spa and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely return ❤️"
