"The staff were great. We were able to keep our bags secured behind the front desk since early check in wasn't available. One of the elevators was out of service and the other one got stuck on the day we checked out. The TV in the room wasn't the best and had some picture issues, but the channel line up was good. Check in and check out were great. The room and hotel were clean. In a great location. I would stay again."

"we loved the place in all respects. The only negative was that when I made the reservation thru Expedia directly , we confirmed the cost per room at 129.00 before taxes etc., for three night stay. At the checkout, we were told by staff that the costs per nite were not correct and depended upon availability????? At the point of reserving and completing the process, nothing was noted on the price changes. We were charged 157.00 for one of the nights and 137? for another. I'd like this corrected...

"I found a huge black long hair in my bed after the first night of my stay...I have short brown hair.it was on a pillow which leads me to believe n that perhaps the bed may not have been changed but what the heck do I know."

"Easy check-in, clean room and great price. Disappointed that the hotel does provide a fridge, microwave, hangers or shampoo/conditioner. And the sink stopper was broken and stuck in a nearly closed position, making the water drain very slowly."

"Breakfast is amazing! We did have to get shampoo and conditioner from downstairs because our room was all lotion. The hotel rooms were well kept. There is only one entrance in. I’d assume this helps keep the hotel secure better. Overall, this was a great place to stay. We will be returning!"
