"The people were friendly, the room looked very nice. The only issue was my wife always checks the bed and when she pulled the covers back she found hair that was not ours. So we called the front desk and asked them change the sheets and they did so right away. That was nice. The only other issue was the bed were not soft enough a little hard for our taste. But overall a very good place to stay "

I was recently disappointed though when they switched from total free wi-fi to requiring membership in their frequent stay program to get complementary wi-fi. It's true that there is no financial cost to join their frequent stay program, but you must provide personal data. In this age where personal data has value, I do not consider this "free wifi"."
