Most importantly, our room was clean and it didn’t have any strange, funky smells. The beds were very comfortable. We liked that the breakfast went until 10 AM and a wide variety of options were available, both hot and cold. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are snacks and drinks available for purchase as well as an all day coffee station and lemon water dispenser. The indoor pool was a comfortable temperature and the hot tub was clean and working. Sound carries very easily through the walls, so we could hear our neighbors, but the hotel has a strict quiet hours policy, so we weren’t really bothered by the noise other than some noisy kids running through the hallways at 7 AM when quiet hours were over.

It’s very, very outdated. We stayed in a room with a hot tub. The jets were dirty. There’s mold around the perimeter of the tub. We had an infestation of ladybugs in the room. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they said they’re no harm and not much they can do about it.

Two things that were a problem. The Kuerig coffee maker in the room wasn't working properly, and the ice machine on the floor I was on was not working at all. I mentioned it at checkout, and the woman at the counter was quick to make a note of both issues to be addressed. Otherwise, a good and relatively inexpensive place to stay overall.

Our room was horrible. We paid over $300 for one night in a jacuzzi jetted tub room. The pictures on the website were completely inaccurate and there was no tub in the room, just a large jacuzzi tub in the bathroom that was dirty so we didn't use it. The pool in the hotel was old and nothing special. There were plants growing through the windows and it wasn’t very well taken care of. The room itself was wet and stinky when we walked in, like wet old carpet. The humidifier was loud and kept blinking that the bucket was full. The lighting is limited to a couple of lamps around the room that are old, dim, and stained. The couch was gross and faded and very clearly old and not taken care of. We are just so disappointed especially for how expensive it was. Will never stay again.
