"You get what you pay for. Its a convenient location and the staff were wonderful. My room was clean and comfortable. However, it seems to be busy with people outside smoking by the entrance and lots of people in the lobby area, just hanging out. The pool was nice, but unfortunately the water slide and hot tub weren't working. "

"My brother, son and I were in Edmonton for 3 nights. The front desk staff, Harnoon and Alisha were exceptional. The two of them went out of their way to offer every assistance. We had breakfast each morning and the staff were the best I have seen in any Best Western. I appreciated the proper dishes and utensils, at another stay in BW in Abbotsford they had paper plates and wooden utensils, semi good for the environment useless for cutting etc. The rooms were clean, my bathroom ceiling...
