Was told we could get a refund as our team was eliminated from there hockey tournament. Staff was rude and gave me the run around. Ended up staying here for no reason other than not getting screwed out of money. Rooms and overall condition of hotel is terrible.

As with all Expedia bookings, the most far room from the lobby in a nearly empty hotel. Top shelf hotel, good breakfast. We will stay again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job. The breakfast was top notch. Lots of options. The room was not the cleanest dirt and dust all along base boards, on all areas that need to be dusted essentially. Bed was clean though so slept ok. Room was spacious. Easy to book shuttle to and feom airport with the front desk staff

There was nothing good about this stay ... we were lied to about parking ... room furniture was filthy and stained ... non smoking room was terrible with the stench of smoke and the entire building upon entry was disgusting with the stench of smoke ... honestly was the worst place we've stayed at in North America in a long time ... if i could give a minus rating it would be munus 10 ... on a scale of 1 - 10 ....

I always trust this hotel for cleanliness and was impressed again. Did find a beer bottle under the bed though so maybe look there next time. Breakfast was great again, quite happy. Noticed the second shift of Breakfast workers were very upset to help people for some reason. Please reno the place, would make a world of difference. (Carpets) My husband was tripping on them.
