Initially there were some questions as to the charges for the number of people staying, but after some discussion with Nicole the concerns were resolved. "The house is surprisingly quiet and has everything you need. Just a 3 min drive downtown. Close to CMU too. There was some train noise at night but that's expected in Grand Junction. The kegarator was awesome and so nice when we drove 4 hours and was so nice to walk in and have a beer and relax. We had a great stay! "

"Truly surpassed our expectations- easy to find- impeccably clean- everything organized down to the sandwich bags- extra towels, toothpaste, even tampons! So impressed by the attention to detail and making everything so easy and seamless. About 5 min from downtown and 20 minutes from kessel biking area. Here for a trail race with two couples and all of us loved this spot!"

"Very comfortable house with quality furniture and well-equipped kitchen. Lots of common rooms for a group to spread out. Top quality linens and towel. We were a group on a golfing trip. Our tired muscles appreciated the hot tub! Good location. ½ mile to a City Market and about a mile to downtown straight down 7th so lots of good restaurants were available. No reservations about his nice house. "
