"Maintenance lacking, stovetop inop. Problem with toilet clogs. Kitchen sink is leaking unless turned very hard. Trouble checking in at first, but clerk finally found envelope with my name on it with key. Need to find better way to ensure easier check in. Although it seems I am being kind of hard on them, all in all stay was ok. "

"Não teve estadia, na pousada foi informado que não trabalhavam com Hotels.com, que outras pessoas também foram até o local com o mesmo problema, concluímos que foi um golpe. Foi um caos, em pleno final de semana prolongado, Foz do Iguaçu lotada, foi muito difícil arrumar um lugar para ficar."

"Great and friendly staff. Always on hand. The shower facilities need improvement and possibly directions on the taps as there are 4 but it was a good shower once I figured out how to do it. Sun lounging area was great and spacious too. Beds were comfortable."

"Basic hotel with not a lot of amenities. Clean room, bed, shower, internet. Nothing fancy but a place to get some rest. Avoid room 11 as it's near the rear entrance and the kitchen area. I can get noisy since people are just outside your window."

"Not bad as a 2 star hotel. Very convenient location close to large supermarket and with lots of parking space. Room was very large and clean, our main requirements. Everything worked and the breakfast was good. Only down side was the whole place could do with a lick of paint. Looked a bit dated but fine for a short stay."
