"Amazing gem wow! I didn't have any expectations for this hotel as I just needed a 1 night stay to visit the falls but it impressed me so much! Really liked the lobby area and whole cosiness of the hotel. Amazing female receptionist working on 1 Apr morning (I didn't get her name) but she spoke english and had great service. The room is very clean and had a great bathroom with good water pressure, toilet paper was by sheets instead of a roll and there's a Bidet gun. There is also a safe and fridge. The surrounding is nothing much except for the mall. Also, the breakfast had an amazing large spread with lots of food varieties. The whole decor of the hotel seems to be Italian theme, hence the hotel name. Highly recommended!"
