Convenient hotel
Very convenient place to stay in Foz do Iguacu. The hotel was comfortable with good air-conditioning but also windows that opened. The room had plenty of space and light. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of good choices, I particularly liked the banana with cinnamon.

Great hotel, location is great. It’s located in downtown. You can walk around and find little stores to buy souvenirs which is way cheaper than the tour places. The breakfast was great, many variety of food. The employees are very friendly.

Older building, but kept very clean. The room had snacks and drinks that you could pay for. The prices were reasonable What I really appreciated was the housekeeper was honest, she didn’t take any snacks and say we used it. That happened to us in Ecuador. The free breakfast was excellent, large variety of stuff. Price of room with the breakfast was very reasonable. Mall nearby.

The two gentle at f/desk at check In we’re very pleasant . They made arrangement to visit the falls . Spectacular falls. The property was clean and the room had everything in working order . The buffet was vey good . The pools were great especially the indoor one. They have a game room great for the young ones. I had a great Stu . Thank you

This spot is old and a little run down, we had one bed which seemed to be 2 twins pushed together but there wasn’t a fitted sheet that would fit them so there was a flat sheet over top and you could see the bare mattress underneath, when you shifted in the night the sheet would move around. The front desk staff were friendly.

This property has large and comfortable bedrooms. They were very clean at arrival and hotel personnel kept it clean during my stay. Breakfast was included a large variety of food. They have a convention center that we used for a conference and it was well equiped. Finally, room rates were surprisingly low for this type of hotel. I stayed at the beginning of November. I do not know if this was low season, but it was very convenient, as I stayed for several days.

Attentive Helpful Staff. Staff didn't know about VIP ACCESS but then tried to help out. I think Being helpful is sometimes more important. It worked for me. Richard at front desk was so nice.

This hotel had a good breakfast and pool, and the location is central with a lot of things nearby. But the elevators were bad. There are 3, but only two were working, and they were small, only about 4-6 people could fit, less if you had luggage. Unless you are prepared to walk up and down to your floor, or wait a long time for an empty elevator, I would skip this hotel.

La habitación que me dieron no es de la categoría de las fotos que publican. Es regular. Ejemplos: Hay un solo toma corriente detrás de las camas, y es donde se conecta el velador (hay un solo velador para una de las dos camas). Cargar los celulares implica desconectar el velador. La ducha no tiene mampara como en las fotos, solo una cortina, y no hay contención para el agua de la ducha, que termina inundando el piso del baño al usarla. Hay una sola mesa redonda con una sola silla, a pesar que es una habitación doble. El agua de la canilla del lavabo, cae pegada al borde, lo que hace que hace imposible usarla. La habitación necesita una renovación para parecerse a las de las fotos publicadas. Como aspectos positivos, el desayuno es muy completo y las piscinas son amplias. El personal es muy amable.

Precisa melhorar alguns aspectos
O hotel é bem localizado, quarto com cama grande, chuveiro muito Bom e ar condicionado excelente. Tc com poucas opções, quarto antigo, elevadores muito Demorados e pequenos para o tamanho do hotel, café da manhã muito simples e praticamente sempre igual. Boa piscina e área de convivência. Restaurante com bons aperitivos e bebidas bem elaboradas.
