"Wonderful small boutique hotel close to Iguaçu falls. Great facilities, very good food, in addition to breakfast we had dinner one night in their restaurant and one night in the bar. They have nice indoor and outdoor pools, and excellent massage services. The workout room could use a bit more equipment (eg, an elliptical machine) but I got in a good workout on the treadmill and w weights. The staff are very helpful, and arranged our day visiting the falls by car, foot, and boat. "

"When I checked in, the hotel made me pay for my stay. Again. So, I double paid. They later sent me a long text taking ownership of the issue and were very apologetic. They attempted to refund me, but were unable to. Instead, they deducted hotel costs like spa, lunch, dinner, mini bar, etc from the cost, but I was still left with the equivalent of about $100. At checkout, when I’m about to get on a plane to the US, their solution was to give me a bunch of cash in Brazilian Reals which is useless...

"My stay was amazing. I landed early and made my way to the property with the intention of dropping my stuff off but when I arrived I was graciously checked in early and given a room. Having been awake for almost 24 hours I damn near cried at the news I’d be able to take a shower and get a nap in. He helped me to my room and explained the WiFi, breakfast and other things. "We had some issues with communication when making our reservations but they were resolved when we arrived, and were able to talk in person. We rented two rooms. One had a problem with the AC unit but we found out one of our children had left the window cracked open, and that kept the air conditioner off. We made use of the pool, the breakfast included with our reservations, and one evening meal. Overall, a pleasant experience. "

"For foreigners, it is inconvenient. They only speak Portuguese and Spanish. There is no restaurant and no vending machine for snacks. The room has no basic amenities such as shampoo, hair dryer, bed sheet for covering the comforter, not to mention others The windows have gaps that the flies can come in."

"This property is in the city with a huge nature area. Ver serene! Breakfast was awesome as was the service. I do wish the bar was open and if the restaurant would function but I understand it is costly during low season. Returning to Iguaçu I would mist definitely stay again."

"Only one person spoke English and he worked the very late shift some nights. Room was dark (one light bulb on one wall. Not very clean bathroom. Noisy. Breakfast was coffee, eggs, and lots and lots of breads serving a mob of people. Not a pleasant experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone."

Wonderful stay. Great food.

"Wonderful stay. Clean. Beds were comfy. Food was great. Large selection for breakfast. We checked in early evening and had not eaten yet so we tried their dinner buffet. Reasonable cost and slot of amazing food from soup to salad to several main dishes to choose from, sides and desserts. Very nice 2 level pool."
