"Jesse at the front desk exemplifies what great customer service should be. He took his time & explained everything. He signed me up to become a rewards member. He was great. Breakfast was minimal but warm & well stocked for the items they did have. I'm a coffee drinker & they had all day coffee so that was fantastic. Not having a microwave in the room sucked. Everything was great until the last morning - I had a early flight, so I prescheduled my Uber for 7:15 - I was running little behind....

"I visited from out of state and drove across VA staying in many hotels and by far this one was my fave! Staff was awesome and breakfast was delicious the chef def cared bout their job! The room was clean and spacious.. only complaint bathroom is a lil small but still good and shower curtain a little small so shower leaked a little bit. I 100 percent am now a best western fan and will be coming back to this location my next visit. Thank you! "
