Asked them if I can get in the apartment when I was just an hour and half earlier than the check in time. But there was no cooperation had to wait outside with my luggage until time reached. "

They also informed us on breakfast, dinner and bar times and about door lock times and what to do. "Turned up to the hotel to be told we didn’t have a booking. Zero empathy or customer service. I had driven 3 hours and myself and my 1 year old had no place to stay and hotels.com weren’t able to relocate us so had to drive home. "

Security deposit required prior to releasing check in information, and we emailed them when we found a mouse in the property but they failed to respond. "My family and I stayed here for one night. It was good value for money, with all mod cons, very clean and even a had a hot tub. The main bed is a huge 4 poster and very comfortable. I would stay again 👍"

"Loved Staying here before the theme park Season really kicked off. My only issues are that checking out its best to do after 7.00. due to needing to phone to unlock the main doors if you require to leave before 7.00 Checking Inn at a late time can be problematic due to the main Gate connects to someones Mobile and Signal in the area is extremely poor"
