We did not have control of the T-stat. But going back to the cabin it was nice, we were able to use the garage for motorcycles "

I read the reviews on our way there and glad I had the heads up on no staff present, challenge on finding the chalet once we arrived as well as where the rooms are and getting code to unlock the door. Thank goodness we found a local number to call in one of the emails. The lady stayed on the phone until she directed us to the right building, room, and explaining lock mechanism. "Check in was very smooth, Nadine had excellent communication and was very friendly. The place has an absolutley amazing view especially the hot tub under the stars but also beautiful at both sunrise and sunset. The drive up is a little steep through the mountainside so be prepared for that but everything is paved. Overall the place was amazing, close enough to great restaurants and trails yet far enough away to be peaceful and serene. Would absolutely come back!"

"We had a great stay! This place is clean and comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable couches, and with nice bath towels and wash cloths. We have stayed many places and the linens are awful. Anyway, great time at a nice place. "

"The home is located in the nice town of Townsend, TN about 45 minutes from Knoxville and an hour from Gatlinburg, TN. The home has great porches but no screen on any of them. The interior is is open concept but not large. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes so we started hand washing to get them clean. The pictures online make the house look larger than it is. When texting the management team the response time was great "

"Had a wonderful short stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for two days. The hot tub was great and the bed was comfortable. Very close to the nantahala and not far outside of Bryson City. There is no stove, but a microwave and grill do the trick. There is a pool and game room on site, but we didn’t get a chance to use those. The price was great and the owner was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again! The gas fire pit was great too!"

"We had a wonderful time at Dylan and Suzanne’s place. It was exactly as pictured but it’s even nicer in person. The house was clean. The room layout was perfect for our family of seven. The decks, the grill and fire pit, and outdoor seating were awesome. The hot tub was ready to go and easy to use. The kitchen is large and there is plenty of seating. The kids got to see how awesome Frogger is on the arcade game. The TVs are all nice Samsungs and not the cheap knock offs at so many other places....

"This property is absolutely amazing!! The owners thought of everything, such attention to detail! The views from every room were incredible, through gorgeous, huge windows. All rooms are very spacious, and we each had our own bedroom AND bathroom! The kitchen was well-stocked with oils and spices, which was a nice treat. We loved our strolls in the neighborhood with morning coffee, and gathering at the river around the fire pit in the evening. We had such a great time! "
