"Overall, my stay was decent. However, hotel management needs to be aware of when there are large groups staying at the hotel. I felt absolutely horrible for the check-in girl this morning when I went to check out as they were easily 60 to 70 people needing their luggage coordinated and she was the only one staffing the desk. And yet she was still calm and respectful and polite when she did come over to assist me with my checkout."

"This hotel is conveniently located and offers free breakfast and parking. Breakfast hours end at 9 and I wish that the hours would be extended a bit, especially on weekends when people want to rest. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We did run into a small misunderstanding upon checking out…the sign on the back of the room door said checkout at 12 noon but we were told they are old signs and checkout is actually at 11 (as per room key sleeve cover).
