"I Paid For My Stay Before Arriving , Got To The Hotel And Was Charged An Additional 172.13 but it never said anything about a deposit. I was told I'd be refunded between 5-7 business days . It's been 3 weeks so I called and the General Manager Was Very rude and said I wouldn't be receiving my money back ."

"This was the best place I've stayed in in Houston in a while. Nothing was wrong. The staff was nice and professional, even with me using slang with them. They never broke professionalism. The microwave, fridge, tv, and Keurig worked. The bed and towels were clean. Room and bathroom clean, shower had strong water pressure amd was hot, toilet worked, and sink was not clogged up. It was quiet here as well. I'm definitely recommending this place. "
