"Beds were comfortable, shower worked well and was clean, and the staff were friendly. The HVAC system was a little loud, and there was a fair amount of road noise from the highway nearby. We were able to use a fan noise app on our phones to cancel out most of the noise. There were some cleanliness issues with the first room we were assigned, but the staff quickly gave us another room which was great. Would stay here again."

"Overall, it was a nice stay. The room was comfortable, and it was clean. However, it was noisy (doors slamming all hours of the night). The bed was a bit questionable. Also, the hot water was not very hot most of the time. And, the kitchen did not have any pots or large bowls for heating food (I had to purchase my own)."

And the self check-in didnt work so had to check-in at the desk but other than that its clean, everything is in mostly good condition except a couple things but wasnt a big deal; and friendly & helpful staff. "It seems that they have cleaned this hotel up a bit. The front desk staff was very nice, I wish I had gotten her name to put her. She spoke everytime we walked by. Rooms were clean and comfie. The breakfast was great and the lady doing that was amazing as well. We will definitely stay here again. "

" I m a night nurse and told them about my situation at front desk, she gave me very quiet room. Also let me check in early so I can get some sleep befor my shift. Clean, great staff but not so great breakfast ,that was just enough for me. 12 hrs night shift so eat something and go to clean bed. I have to be at Lynchburg every week so I know now where to stay. Thank You"
