The rooms and bathrooms are always clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, ALL of the staff are super awesome people and really help you to feel at home and taken care of. Also, the fresh lemon water is just the perfect cherry on top. The breakfast is great. Eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage and of course, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Excellent set-up. I worked out in their gym and the weights and machines they have are perfect for keeping up with your workout routine. Like I said, always love staying here whenever I visit my family. A gem of a hotel. "

"This property was absolutely amazing! I do not have 1 complaint. All of the staff were amazingly friendly and very helpful. We needed help with my husband's tie for a church conference, and one of the front desk staff assisted us with getting help. A gentleman from the kitchen helped us without complaint. Anytime I am in this area, this will definitely be where my family and I will go. The rooms were nice and clean, and late in the evening another staff member offered to come up to our room and help with our TV. I can't say enough good things about this stay. Thank you to each and every one of you at Bella Vista."
