Some things to remember could also be in the listing: the sofa/pullout bed is in the living/room deck area, while the "primary" bed is in the back towards the parking lot. Both beds are less comfortable and would associate with what you expect for pullout type/simple frame beds and mattresses. It was fine for a few nights and simple enough if you've got one or...

"very nice unit. the only owner issue would be the throw rugs have some rolled up corners creating a tripping hazard. Property does not look like its been mowed in a few weeks either. but overall very pleased"
