"What happened to the second floor housekeeper? I think her name was Jess. We stayed on the second floor and this is our fifth stay and this is by far the worse we’ve seen the rooms - you need a new housekeeper!!! Jess come back wherever you are :)"

"We went for a quick getaway, and are already planning a longer trip back with our kids. The staff were so helpful (we forgot all our toiletries) and the setting was gorgeous. It’s a lodge in a national park, not a luxury retreat in Aspen, so accommodations fit the setting, but all in all we were really happy. The only ding is that the mattress wasn’t *great* but we were fine. "
