"Great people working there, they were so sweet and eager to help us for anything! We weren’t sure if it was a less safe area than the typical tourist go to (west end) or if we were just over thinking it and too used to be our picket fence life back home ! "We absolutely loved our stay at Palmetto Bay. We booked a last minute trip (literally the day before) to the island and the property manager made the transition effortless. We loved the quiet, serene setting that was perfect for the kiddos to have space to explore nature. The pool and beach were perfect- beautiful and not at all crowded. Everyone was so kind in the resort and the car rental made it easy to get around the island. Having a few more restaurant options close by would have been nice,...

"This is a great property located center island, so you are able to access everything on both the west end and eastern end of Roatan. The house is built at canopy level, so you feel like you're living in a tree-house, with a view of palm trees and the ocean, and virtually no other houses or neighbors in sight. The pool is one of the best private pools on the island. We had a fantastic trip!"
