"We booked this hotel because we had stayed here five years ago and had a good experience. The hotel has aged some. We had trouble at check in because we had booked through a 3rd party. It was a sold-out weekend and only one person was working the desk. He was very stressed, but did his best to accommodate. Once in our room, the a/c wasn’t working. Luckily for us, someone cancelled, and we were given a room with working a/c. The water pressure in the shower and toilet was a bit lacking, but...
