"Good value for the money"

"Hotel was simple but nice. Hotels.com said that check in was 2pm, when we got to the hotel they said that check in was 3pm. 3pm is fine, but they should be clear about details on the hotels.com site. Not to close to the center of Milan, but the tram was close by and easy to get to the center."

"Well-located hotel and clean room; the bathroom door handle nearly came off in my hand but I'll forgive this for the great shower. Easy walk into Milan and to the metro / train station. Friendly staff at the desk, and would happily stay here again"

We arrived early morning after 34 hours travel and they stored our bags and showed us where we could change and freshen up, then sent a message when our room was ready so we could check in early. Clean, quiet and spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. Close to metro, restaurants and a great bakery/cafe for breakfast. "

"I chose this hotel based upon others reviews location AND the 24 hour front desk. I was scheduled to meet old friends for a reunion but did not know at what time that night.when I arrived I noticed a handwritten sign at check in desk: “Front desk is closed from midnight to …”. I asked and the guy said “ oh you can just call me if you need to get in after that. I e been in situations like this in the past and it did not always go well: my phone battery died, no one answered, etc. so I texted...

"There’s a metro station directly beside the hotel. However, there’s no elevator, we had to carry our baggage 3 floors. Bathroom is very small "

"It's fine. Cheap place to stay. The noise is the biggest issue. There were dogs barking in reception one morning and no attempt from anyone to quiet them down. On the last night there was someone in a room practicing opera from 10pm til gone midnight. Think they need to remind guests and staff this is a hotel and people are trying to sleep. But as I say it's clean, cheap and staff were friendly."
