"Nice stay in Milan. Hotel was in a good location. I was surprised to have a suite in a different building than the front desk. Did not feel like a hotel. Room felt tight and bed was not comfortable. No privacy curtains on the bathroom with a storefront across the way making the experience quite unpleasant. "

"I stayed two nights in this hotel. It's about 8 minutes walk from Milan Central Railway Station and it's easy to find. Only when I got close I had to check a bit more as the name of the hotel is only on the wall on a board so easy to miss. I received detailed instructions from Flavia a few days before my arrival so I had the code which is needed to access the property, the floor and the room. "This property is conveniently located by the Sforza castle and a 3 min walk to the Cairoli Metro station. We literally walked everywhere from this place. Our room AC did not work but besides that the place was clean, convenient and the customer service was lovely despite not being in person. "

"Easy self-service check-in, large comfortable room and bathroom, super clean. Not a traditional hotel — no front desk, etc. But super convenient to metro lines from Linate airport and Milano Centrale, and a very doable walk to the Duomo. Super close to canal with nice walking/running, bars, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The place was ok, but it’s in an old building with no receptionist all the time. You need to schedule the receptionist to be there for your arrival time. You get to the first floor with the elevator and you open the door like you are getting into an office. On the floor it’s 6 rooms. For me specifically was very weird. The room was OK but very small. "This is a boutique-type property. Not your typical hotel, more like rooms for rent. The room was small but very clean. Comfortable beds, hot shower, a small refrigerator with some drinks & equipment for our morning coffee. A short walk from the train station. We did a self-check in that took a few attempts, but once inside, received our keys. Highly recommend."

"Hotel was very centrally located. Views of the Duomo from out balcony. A little blocked, but you can see it very clear. The shower kept running out of hot water. Love the tv cause it had Netflix and YouTube. Elevators are small. Can fit two people, but adventurous. "

"It is not our first stay in Sonder. We choose it because of convenience and location. We liked our current stay very much, although we were a little disappointed with the request to order a taxi for our early departure to the airport. We asked for a taxi but not a limousine service which was three times more expensive than the regular cab. There was nothing we could do at 4 o'clock in the morning, but take it!!!"

"The hotel had essentials that made me very comfortable especially because I wanted to really relax rather than walk around Milan. A very functional Gym, sauna and pool. Staff was very helpful and kind. The building was very beautiful and the decors were incredible as well. I loved my stay at Una hotels slot and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. They also give free early breakfast to those who request between 4am and 6.59 am. Although you must request the night before. I about it was thoughtful."
