"The reception area may be a little dated, but the room was exceptionally clean. I'm sensitive to highly scented products and this is an issue for me when traveling. So this room was very clean and did not have the scent of sent cleaning products and I was so grateful! All staff that I encountered were lovely to work with. Couldn't get a late checkout, but I guess you can't expect that. In a busy part of a big city so the rooms are relatively small and you can hear what's on the other side. That...
