We stayed here for an extended weekend. It was perfect location to McPherson metro/down town/dupont circle. Hotel was clean and quiet. Great little breakfast/lunch place around the corner called nerds and nibblers. Room was small but perfect for a couple. Highly recommend

The bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was great. The room was on the small side - but entirely reasonable for the price. The front desk was very accommodating, courteous, and kind. I will definitely pick The Architect again.

First of all let me say that for the price this is the best place to stay. The rooms are small it is a older hotel but the architecture and the location are absolutely fantastic. The dining around the area is wonderful transportation by Metro is fantastic had no problems whatsoever. Will definitely stay again.
