We were there for sporting event & the kids were in the fitness center with an adult who had gone into the restroom (that was in the fitness center) and a staff member told the parents that this kids could not be in there alone & needed to stop screwing around on the machines. "It was a little out of the way but that's all i needed this trip. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had all I needed. The shuttle driver was incredibly friendly and pleasant and gave me just a few extra minutes to get what pictures I could for home. Only minuses ...breakfast was better than the cold version but not by a lot and not much flavor. The shower was odd and I've never had one flood the bathroom. It made going back in for grooming a little more wet than I'd hope...
