Also the AC unit diddnt work when I initially turned it on, but it did come on in the night which kept the room nice and cool! "

"On arrival we had a self check in and unfortunately the cleaner hadn't done our room. A text to the owner, a few beers and food up the road and our room was ready with complimentary drinks for the inconvenience. Mistake solved!"

"I booked a triple room for myself and 2 teenage children for a trip to Alton Towers from Ireland. On arrival there was 1 double bed and when I asked, they gave me a camp bed for my 6'3 son. I paid for a proper bed, not a camp bed that the springs popped on every time he sat on it. The room smelt musty and when I questioned it they said it was from the carpet in the hall, but there was must marks on the walls in the bedroom.
