"Totally fine for what we needed overnight. Management was helpful, Room was tidy, area is quiet. Our TV didn't work though, had to switch rooms and shower had nowhere to store soap and shampoo. Since it's near a pond, there are lots of geese. Watch where you step, there are goose droppings everywhere on the property."

"Everything was great. Check in was pretty good, bed was nice and fluffy and comfortable. I didn't stay for too long but I did notice it was close to a lot of the town so if you are on a trip it's a 5 minute drive to a lot of things (aquarium, long island museum...). I would stay there again."

"The room was absolutely disgusting. the smell in the room was awfull! there was mold all over the ceiling near the bathroom, the sink and bath tub had rust all over it. and the ice bucket had old food in it. thankfully the girl a tthe front desk gave us a new one. the side walks are all cracked and wobbly, but this place needs to be condemned its not safe and is a healthy hazard. DO NOT STAY HERE BY ANY MEANS NECCESSARY"

"The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I wish there were an extra blanket. The room is very basic. The door locked but the extra latch was broken. There was a small refrigerator and microwave. The property was listed as including breakfast. There was sign in the window of the office that said it as well. There was no breakfast. No coffee. The Veniding machine was broken. There is no restaurant on the prperty. No other amenities but free parking. "
