"While the building is old and a bit out of date, we found everything clean and in working condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful, glad to answer questions and advise on road conditions. The breakfast was very nice. We even got a cookie on our way out in the morning! We enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again."

"There's a lot to do around this hotel, as it is situated on a lake (it's Minnesota, so this is probably to be expected). This was convenient to getting to the southeastern side of Voyageurs National Park. The room was adequately comfortable and felt clean. Breakfast begins at 4:00 a.m. which is convenient for hunters, fishing people, and truckers. They serve pizza 24 hrs/day. The staff was friendly."

"The unit was nice but the beds weren't comfortable. We had a rough night. Also, went to the lobby area to ask questions related to amenities but front ataff was on the phone for a long time and I left."
