"The bathroom was very clean which was important to me. Refrigerator and room were cooled down. Breakfast hours could be a little earlier than 7 am but thats just my personal preference. Haven't tried the offerings yet so more about that later. Great price for late June in North Conway NH."

"Stay 2 nights with 2 grandsons ( 4 & 6 yrs). Room had 2 double beds on first floor. Easy walk to pool and playground. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Had a fridge and microwave. Short drive to the center of North Conway and Mt Cranmore."

"The reception staff was extremely friendly. I booked a king and we were originally given two queens. We called and asked. With no hesitation the frost desk upgraded us to a king suite. The room was the perfect temperature, clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. It was the perfect stay. "

"I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. We arrived earlier than expected and stopped to see if we could leave one of our vehicles. Instead the man told me our rooms were ready! He was so friendly. The rooms and pool were spotless and enjoyable. Checking out a different employee checked us out and he was so vey nice! Can’t wait for our next stay!!! "

"We were very happy with our rooms. The only downfall is one of the rooms AC wasn't working so it got pretty warm . Other than that everything met our expectations "

"Staff was very friendly. The room very clean. The only thing and it is a big thing is the property, the outside of the building is run down and really doesn’t look like it is open for business.. Otherwise it was great for my very short time I was there."

"The staff at the inn couldn’t have been kinder and more professional. The room was extraordinarily large with a sofa and sitting area. The bathroom was also large and included a shower and a separate tub. The inn is less than a block from the Main Street of the village. I highly recommend. "

"Owners are really nice and super helpful. They are doing a lot of work to freshen the place up. The AC in my room was not working (it was a new unit too!) so they moved me to a different room while they replaced the defective unit. "
