"Busy street and property difficult to find. Property address hard to find. Bathroom door in master bedroom didn’t close and floor uneven throughout the home. Bedroom door doesn’t open all the way due to space constriction. The sheets were dirty we found human hair all over them. Couches have big holes that’s why they have blankets or throws covering them. The rental is next to two Inns. No washer or dryer or dishwasher. Heater/fireplace made noise. Internet was very intermittent. We think...

"Very dirty, no help from Vasca. Dangerous hill to get into camp. NO water pressure for shower. Bathtub full of slime and dirt. 2 1/2 miles into the woods on a dirt road. Bears into the trash. We deserve a refund."

"Overall, we enjoyed our time. A few things that need to be addressed, like the distance between the parking and house. You'll need a wagon, something on wheels, especially if you are older. Checking in process is a bit confusing, we had to call the 800 #. However, it's a beautiful spot, very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend."

"The cabin was great! It was a perfect spot for our weekend getaway. There’s plenty to do, and the owners supply everything you need to cook, games and puzzles, canoe/ kayaks, and lounge chairs to relax in. We enjoyed the fire pit, and the absolute peace and quiet. Highly recommended, we’re looking forward to visiting again!"

"We spent a week on Sheep Island in July 2024. We loved it. The accommodations were beautiful, the kitchen well enough equipped, the beds comfortable, the lake clean and the view amazing. We had 2.5 days of rain so were glad for the games and puzzles available. I think it would have been nice to have a clothesline for the swimming towels to dry. The chairs in the main area were about the only thing we would change. With the amount of rain, we were stuck inside but not very comfortably. ...

"Overall cute house and it’s great it’s dog friendly. I expected dog hairs etc but found human hairs in bathroom and dirty towel hanging. Husband found floss stick on ground too. They offered to come clean it for us which was really nice, and we didn’t feel we needed. Bed and couches really comfy. Shower loud noise. Great they have laundry. Overall good stay but very much like a rustic cabin and probably needs a different cleaner"

"We absolutely loved this home! It is becoming more difficult to find the last of the remaining “camp” style homes on the lake and I am so happy to have found this one. It is like we stepped back into time when life was simpler. The location was perfect - quiet cove with a nature preserve to the left and a girl’s summer camp to the right.
