The check inlady was really rude. The room was dirty and it stink. I called the front desk to see if I could get a different room. She said there’s nothing she can do since I got it through Expedia and The stairs were full of ice.

You get what you pay for, great place to stay while skiing. Comfortable room, nothing special, relatively clean, all ok. Convenient location to Loon and Cannon skiing, close to dinner options in Lincoln and Woodstock.

I’ve stayed here before.. maybe in a more renovated room. This room had seen better days. It is an older building that had been renovated at some point but needs it again. My reason for leaving this review however is that even though the beds were made and fresh towels in place the floor in the bathroom had hairs on it. The corners and edges not clean.

The beds sheets were filthy! There were very obvious specs of sand in the sheets on those beds. There was a pile of dust in every corner and along every floorboard in the room. The heat did not work properly and the room remained at 57° for the entire stay. I will not stay there again.

Facilities were functional but outdated. Personal jacuzzi tub in my hotel room was great! Staff were unreliable, unusual and often negligent. Some staff, only one evening, felt the need to personally knock on each door to invite guests to their subpar breakfast. Would recommend deodorizer for the musty smell. Don’t take what the office staff say at face value.

Our room just looked like they made the bed and wiped down certain things. We found children swim boxer on top of the fridge tucked back and behind one of the beds when I was taking the bedding off to help the cleaners I found a cloth full of dried up urine tucked away. The room was dusty in areas that would be easy to wipe away if it was truly cleaned during the visits.

We stayed in the biggest "cottage". When we got in it was dirty, there was hair in bathroom and refridgerator! Gross! It was cold, the silverware was dirty, beds were hard as a rock and the walkway / road was icy. We slipped and fell! Its in a great area and the lady at the desk when we checked in was wonderful! Please clean your property!! Happy new year!
