"A very good hotel that will be even better once the refurbishment is completed. The unrefurbished rooms are still very comfortable if a little tired. The showers have little water pressure. The gym also needs to be undated. The pool is fine but the loungers are designed to be maximally uncomfortable- they definitely need to be replaced. However, breakfast is excellent. Above all the staff are fantastic. We have stayed many times and will do again when back in São Paulo."

"The shower was very good .but was put by the elevator and it made alot of noise when it would operate and was here on a friday night so music from the night ciub would echo on the buidings. The breakfast was exxelent as well"

"I had a great experience at this hotel. It is well located, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. The only issue I encountered was that the shower took a while to warm up. I mentioned this to the staff, and they assured me they would address the problem. The breakfast was good as well. I would definitely stay here again."
