"Basic rooms. No 24 hour reception so you have to use an emailed code at the gate to check in and pay plus get access and retrieve a front door/room access code. Except...for at least two days the card machine was not working which meant a call to the remote help desk - Ok but some operators don't spaek english. On getting in to the room - not a single towel and no loo paper! Another remote call to get the duty manager out! Not great :-("

"We stayed here one night at the last minute after our flight home to the states was cancelled. Paris was supposed to be just a layover. The rooms were very small, as was the bathroom. This may be normal in Paris, I don’t know. The room was clean and bed comfortable, so no other complaints. The help was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent as well. "

"Quiet suburban location, fairly easy to reach on the N2 (or N1?) bus line from the Train Station (stop: Castel Repos, just past Carrefour and Hexagone.) wifi login a bit cumbersome, but generally functional until too many guests logon. Room is good with private bathroom, fridge, big windows (I could see the river Marne, which is a great place to walk.) No air con, and no fan, so a bit hot for those few weeks of summer per year. "We entered the room and was immediately dissapointed.The bed felt like bricks and was dirty.The bunkbed had marginal room and was very uncomfortable.The room had a bathroom.The shower door was unusable and failed to open.The bathroom door didnt shut, had no lock.The floor was sticky. Although cheap at £20pppn. I would still have expected a bit more. "
