"This property is a short walk to the University of Tennessee and Market Square. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was clean other than the bathroom floor. Ask for a room NOT facing Hensley Street as it creates a LOT of noise. The parking garage cost $25.00 per night and is a tight squeeze with limited spaces (overflow is a gravel lot)."
