"Our stay at this hostel was good, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a 1 bunk bedroom and the area was clean (including the bathroom). The staff even took care of our luggage for a couple of hours while we came back from a trip. Our only complaints are that the shower barely had any pressure, one of the lockers didn't close, and that the window was open when we arrived, so the room had mosquitoes inside. "Pésimo, al llegar nos menciona que no tienen convenio con Hoteles.com y que la habitación nos saldría al doble de precio, es un fraude la plataforma y el hotel, en la recepción mencionan que desde el mes de enero no tienen convenio y que si queríamos quedarnos nos saldría al doble las habitaciones, espero tomen cartas en el asunto ya que dejan en mal a su plataforma, tuve que reservar en booking y me fue mucho mejor en otro lugar, hacen perder el tiempo y no hay donde comunicarse a la plataforma...

"It is a good hostel and the staff very helpful, however, when I arrived I was told that the room I had reserved was not available and that I had to stay in a bigger room at a much higher price. I complained and show my reservation, then the owner accepted and let me pay the price agreed on the reservation. I am absolutely NOT happy about this. Unavailable rooms must NOT be shown as available!"

"Llegue a las 10pm al lugar, nadie me abrió y marqué a los teléfonos que ahi exhiben y jamás contestaron, me dejaron varado a media calle sin saber donde poder pasar la noche… tuve que caminar a esa hora por toda la avenida solitaria para poder abordar un transporte que me llevará a otro lugar. Muy mala experiencia. 😠"
