Excellent hotel and staff

I had a wonderful stay at the HB Xalapa. The staff was very friendly and professional. Despite being next to a busy road, the room was surprisingly quiet. The bed was amazing! I really slept well in and the room itself was well apportioned. The only reason I did not give top marks was because the WiFi was poor - I could not a consistent and stable connection and had to use data on my phone and give up trying to use my computer. For such a lovely hotel, it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room but other than those 2 things I was very satisfied with my stay.

CUIDADO, HAY CHINCHES 🆘! En cuanto a amabilidad no tengo queja, la verdad es que todos se portaron muy bien, SIN EMBARGO, he de destacar algunos aspectos que me parecieron demasiado alarmantes. El primero es que al llegar la tina del baño tenía algunos cabellos. Después para acceder al televisor jamás pudimos, no se conectaba a ninguna plataforma y la mayoría de los canales estaban bloqueados, nuestra culpa fue no reportar pues me dijeron al final que debes hacerlo para que desbloqueen las cuentas. El tercer problema fue que la cerradura no funcionaba bien, en recepción me dijeron que al ser electrónicas en ocasiones la batería se baja y eso hace que tanto al cerrar como abrir haya problemas, por lo que también debes pedir asistencia. EL ÚLTIMO PUNTO Y MÁS IMPORTANTE: hay chinches. En mi último día en la madrugada me despertó la picazón, sin embargo no prendí la luz para ver que era, al despertar en la mañana me picaba horrible el brazo, fui al espejo y tenía 4 piquetes, incluyendo uno en la espalda. Soy alérgica, también empecé a sentir comezón en la garganta, en la nariz y en los ojos, tuve que tomar mi medicamento, pero la picazón en los piquetes no paraba. Al regresar a mi hogar, acudí al médico, mientras escribo estoy voy regresando de consulta, y el diagnóstico es: reacción alérgica por picadura de chinches. Se me hace gravísimo, por que si una persona es alérgica como yo, lo mínimo es el malestar generalizado que tengo en este momento, necesitan fumigar YA.
