I called the front desk because the stool would not stoop running after flushing in the middle of the night. He had no idea what the word toilet or still meant so when I couldn’t sleep because of the continuous water running I had to turn the water off. In the morning at checkout I explained again and the front desk employee still did not understand the English words for stool or toilet. Very...
