"Shortly before departure date, was told “unexpected circumstances” had to checkout 3 days earlier than booked. Place was filthy scrubbed floor and washed shower curtain No internet owner said would send someone But never did. No coffee maker, electrical panel cover missing exploded live wires. Air conditioning unit in bedroom didn’t work then checkout was 11Am had cleaning person there at 7:30AM"

"Bed in my room was like a rock. Awful Sink in by bath wouldn’t drain properly. Tv in living room not working properly. Mgt came, fooled with it to get it working. Four remotes- no instructions. Clearly no concern for guests paying good money for VI vacation . Stayed at another Vrbo last month, same island. Experience was like night and day. Surprised Vrbo didn’t vet this on better 😩😞😡😭 "

"We'll be back! The condo fit our group of 5 perfectly. The location on island is perfect - close to some great beaches, restaurants and shopping. The location of the specific condo is also perfect - close to the pool (close enough you do hear some pool noise) and on an end, with no steps to enter. It has some great views as well! One morning was so clear I could see St. Thomas and St. John."

"From time I booked this spacious house. Ms. Barbara was beyond amazing from her wonderful hospitality to even going as far to meet one of my friends at the airport and guide them to the house. This house is gorgeous everything in it was very clean and well maintained. She even left us some goodies in the kitchen area. Ms. Barbara even went out her way to come over to meet the rest of us at the house. Definitely will be booking with her soon."
