The unit was very well decorated, clean, and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was excellent for accessing all parts of the island and the neighborhood was gated and felt very safe. I would highly recommend this property for those looking for the perfect vacation rental on STX."

"It's nearly impossible to describe perfection! When we arrived and saw the spectacular view, my husband and I both said, "Wow!" The pictures on VRBO of the view, the home and the pool are 100% accurate. The house was clean and tidy and the bed was top-notch. I'm certain we've found our "home-away-from home" and intend to return year after year. Alex was an excellent host and as an added bonus we had a sweet dog and two kitties that would occasionally come to visit! "

"This location was perfect as a getaway for couples. However, the online pictures are from when the property was renovated 2 years ago. It appears since that time, there has been limited groundskeepers. Of the three shown beach areas, only one was not over run by grass, weeds and debris making them not usable. The resort didn’t even bother to put chairs out anymore. The beach third area was limited and it was not because of washed up sea grass. Sidewalks, parking areas and other outdoor spaces...

"This was a first visit to St Croix fir my aunt (70) and cousin (16). This was my 3rd visit. It was a wonderful stay. The convenience to Christiansted, ample parking, and relative ease to reach Frederiksted. The weather, the people and the condo was comfortable. Kim was readily accessible to respond to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a nice quiet beach vacation."
