"The staff were friendly & welcoming, the hotel was mostly clean but some areas of the room had been poorly cleaned. My issue is with the decor of the room. Bare concrete walls are not conducive to a welcoming, comfortable stay, no matter what artistic crap reason you give for stinting on the decorating. The property is clean and practical, but could do with a few tidying up jobs doing. I haven't had to pay a deposit on any other holiday accommodation we have stayed in, it was refunded to us. "
