"Overall hotel is good, doesn’t really look like the pictures though! A little tired now in rooms and the outside especially the pool area. Be good if offered food/drink service when relaxing at the pool. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel. Staff seem a little disjointed in knowing about the facilities the hotel offers. "I had to change my reservation due to a family emergency. Though they didn’t have to, they graciously accommodated my request. Checkin was easy. Since my stay was shortened, they even offered me transportation to the airport. The service at lobby cafe was Great. Staff was very professional and courteous. Room was good though slightly dated."

"Only there for a few short hours as an overnight for early airport departure. Only room service was used which was quick and nice. Rest of hotel new & clean but having doors in bathroom for both shower and toilet was inconvenient and unnecessary."
