"Loved-Mrs. Brenda at the front desk she was amazing!! Dislikes- Bathrooms in rooms need exhaust. Without them the hallways smells horrible. During breakfast time the maintenance staff, although he was trying to help someone with the waffle maker, he was in the middle of mopping and did not wash his hands and touched several things such as the waffle maker and he removed the waffle mix container im guessing to have it filled. Again after touching his mop, broom and dustpan."

"I have booked this hotel for the past several trips that I've taken to Williamsburg. Overall, the hotel is great for the price. My main issues were the state of the bathroom ceiling (my boyfriend was concerned that there was black mold on the ceiling, as there were black spots above the bathtub).
