Not an issue for us, but good to note the house the owner lives in is closer than I expected and between the VRBO and river so you have to walk through the backyard to get to the dock. "We stayed 3 nights for bike riding on the Virginia-Capital Trail. The location is almost mid-way between Richmond and Williamsburg, directly across from the trail on the John Tyler Memorial Hwy. The amenities were just right: a good sleep, hot shower, comfortable living room for reading or TV. The kitchen/living room makes eating-in easy, but there are also local eateries that provide good, classical food. "Quiet and not far from amenities. Cabins was better than any motel to me. It had a nice porch with table and a grill. Bring your own linens as those aren’t furnished. Pet friendly."
