The wifi never worked for both my iphone and my husband's iphone. The code given is not correct. The front desk gave us a 1-800 number, which did not solve any problem after I talked with them over the phone for more than 20 minutes. The 1-800 number person want to transfer me to a third party to manually connect our iphone and I just lost patience and confidence that they can solve it. I then called the front desk and they didn't care at all. This is the very first time I stayed in a hotel that don't have a working wifi and have a bad attitude about it. NOT recommending this place if you need wifi. Also, the swimming pool is outdoor and is completely useless in the winter. Wish I know this earlier and would have avoided this place.

This place was such a hidden gem. I've been in and out of Williamsburg since the 90s, and I wish I'd found this place sooner. The price was such a steal, and the quality was outstanding. 5 stars.

We had an excellent stay at Comfort Inn Williamsburg Gateway. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great with plenty of food and seating. The room was. Nice and clean the bathroom was clean. My only 2 downsides is the bed Was a little too firm for my liking and the WIFi is not great I tested the speeds multiple times I was getting 15 up, 15 down. I was trying to watch movies On my laptop and they just kept buffering every few minutes

This stay was very pleasant for my girls shopping weekend for Black Friday! Very close to all areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and relaxing. The breakfast offerings were many. And they changed a bit daily. Thank you. We will gladly book again here in the future.
