"La habitación que nos tocó muy grande y cómoda..faltó buena atención..estuvimos sin luz en el baño desdel viernes hasta el lunes q nos fuimos..la limpieza de las hab era dia por medio y se saltearon 2...el único simpatico y atento fue Wiliam..q no estuvo todos los dias!"

I did the payment twice… one for the hotel and other one for Expedia. More than 1 months that happened and I didn’t get my refund back from Expedia.
